"I hold a UK Provisional Drivers License. I'm protected (completely detailed) on my own vehicle. Does the fully licenced driver which I need with me all the time have to be protected to travel my car as well (sometimes like a named driver or included in their very own  insurance  to get any vehicle) or may my fully compensation insurance cover them too?
